Will all know that magical time of the year, the very first snow of the year, some hot chocolate, meeting your loved ones, sitting by the fire, and warming up while singing some Christmas carols.
You can’t really afford that when you are a PM on duty. It all started in 2016 when I was invited by a good friend of mine to help host one of the most famous Christmas Concerts. We knew that the road ahead was quite treacherous and that we had to leave no room for errors if we were to create a successful business opportunity.
Nevertheless, we have managed to successfully create and coordinate teams for: logistics, security, fundraising, HR, ticketing, sales, and marketing, all in all, a total of 350 crew members. I’d say we did a good job as we have locked in the contracts for not only the year ahead but for a couple more forward.
